We’ve reached that point in the planning and preparation process where I would like to provide a variety of information for your use in preparing for the trip. At the same time, I would like to request some information from you by return mail so that we are prepared for your arrival.

• Food-Beverage-Condiment Starter Kit: Starter kit includes wine, beer and soft drinks. Please mark the sheet if one or the other should be excluded in favor of another and return by regular mail if there are any changes along with the other two forms requested above.
