Soaring Eagle Lodge is great! From the beginning getting everything booked, to the end picking up our fish and saying good bye, everyone was fantastic! We wanted a specific excursion this time and Courtney was great in getting it arranged for us. The comunication with everyone was excellent. The fishing guides were outstanding making sure we had the best experience. This was our 2nd time staying at Soaring Eagle Lodge and it was just as amazing as the first time. Everyone was very helpful with our stay and making sure we had what we needed. Definitely the place to come for a great experience!
First class operation! Dustin was the main man and provided to our every need - he was outstanding! The lodge cabins were top notch and had everything we needed for our one week stay. All four charter boat captains were very professional and put us on the fish. Captain Ron went above and beyond our expectations. Tyler took great care of the fish processing and made sure our fish filets were ready to go upon our departure. I highly recommend the Soaring Eagle Lodge for your Alaska fishing and wildlife adventure.
We had a wonderful stay at Soaring Eagle! This was our first trip to Alaska—hopefully not the last. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly— from check in to check out, providing restaurant and shopping recommendations, and quick response to messages. The cabins are comfortable and well appointed. They could stand to replace the pillows, but other than that, everything was clean and cozy! Location is easy to get to and central enough for day trips to Seward, Homer and other towns. Shout out to Tyler and Courtney for all of their assistance. And a big shout out to Jason, our fishing guide from Ninilchik Charters. He was amazing!

What a great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! The property was so very nice; our cabin was perfect....and had a fireplace and a porch looking directly at the Cook Inlet and a snow capped peak! Our package included fishing charters...all handled by the resort, And we took home 92 lbs of fish! ( which they processed, packed, and prepped for our flight.) The Staff was always very helpful, and their charter captains great! Our trip could not have been better!

This was our third fishing trip to Alaska. We found Soaring Eagle Lodge online with very good reviews, so we decided to try them out. The planning process was wonderful! We were able to set up our fishing trip exactly how we wanted. Upon arrival, we were greeted and escorted to our adorable little cottage right on the coast. The views were amazing and the cottage was clean and well stocked! All of fishing activities were so well planned. The boat Captains and guides were professional, very knowledgeable and well organized. I would highly recommend these guys if you want an amazing fishing experience. In fact, we're already planning to go back next year!
Our entire vacation was everything we expected and more. Every staff member, charter Captain, First Mate, Host were very responsive and helpful. Courtney in the office quickly replied with an answer or advice every time I contacted her. Even when the weather impacted our schedule, Dustin shuffled our adventures around so we didn't have to miss out on a day of fishing. Our fishing charters were a great success and we came home with plenty of fresh fish! Even the recommendations for local sites and restaurants were spot on. We definitely plan to return to Soaring Eagle in the future!!
Nicely appointed with all the basic amenities. Located minutes away from Ninilchick where you can gas up, get groceries and great Thai food at Keen Kow. The staff was excellent!
Was an amazing trip with lots of fish 🐟 The service was excellent! You will not regret your decision for choosing Soaring Eagle Resort 🦅 I would encourage you to do the fly out fishing if you want to see bear up close and personal 🐻 Don’t forget to go whale watching on the catamaran so you can see the whales 🐳 sea lions 🦭 and harbor seals! We celebrated our 40th anniversary with family and it was more than I expected. The staff was great. I accidentally washed my fishing license and Dustin got me a replacement right away. Our view was beautiful. Cabins great. And everything we did was in an hour or two drive. We even caught some fish.
